Season 39 is coming to an end and it's time for us to wrap it up and review the progress as well as the performance of the team.
"Starting the season with high hopes in Divison 8, we were extremely jubilant when our team managed to scale through the ranks and broke into Division 6 near the end of the season, said TSG Cycling Team manager Alex."
Notable credit had to be given to our sprinter, Keong Sama Singh, who racked up 2 wins for the team, one in Division 7 and Division 8 respectively. He also managed to get a podium finish in Blyth - Hartlepool. Throughout the season racing in Division 7, he was very close to podium placings on many occasions courtesy of the constant improvement of the team's abilities and tactics.
Elsewhere, there were also two 3rd place finishes in Ba - Sigatoka and Tyn-Y-Gongl. In a nutshell, TSG Cycling Team achieved 5 results over 3 months racing which includes 2 wins.
"It has been a thrilling season for our local team! I'm happy that TSG Cycling Team managed to put themselves in Division 6. Hopefully, they will make their presence felt in Division 6 and Division 7, said the local authority."
